Arrival Emails

It is sent 1 day before the client arrives at the property.

It contains a cordial greeting to the client, normally used to deliver to the client all the information pertinent to his reservation and the property in which he will stay, such as:

Exact location of the property, Google maps link, special information about the property, access codes, and deposit policies if applicable.

Personalization Tokens: Customer name, Building code, other access codes.
