Extra services email

The extra service email is an automated email that we send to customers three days after a confirmed reservation. The purpose of the email is to offer complementary services that can enhance their stay. Some of the services we offer include airport transfers, meal options, ski lessons (in the winter season), massages, private chefs, nanny services, adventure activities, and more.

If the date of arrival is less than 15 days in time, we also offer different options for bed arrangements.

Personalization tokens:

Customer Name, Property Image, Bed arrangement.
