The contact associated with the Deal: The Communication Restriction property is empty, the Property owner property is NO or empty.
Process:
First we check which cluster the reservation belongs to, based on the “Cluster” property, once the cluster is found out, then based on the Space Id property we separate the properties into groups, then using the Arrival property we check if the reservation belongs to the winter or summer season, we proceed to check the language of the contact assigned to the deal, to end up sending the Extra services email based on all the above conditions.
